Above security tax & fuel surchare payable at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal upon collection of ferry tickets. | Cancellation / No Show Charges:
No cancellation charges will be charged for reservations if a written notice by facsimile, post or e-mail is received at least 3 working days prior to arrival.
For cancellation received thereafter of where is “no show”, full package price x number of persons / nights cancelled will be charged.
A fee of S$5 will be levied for any changes or transfer, and a full amount for cancellation less than 3 working days. | Payment:
