·        Golf package rates will be revised accordingly should there be any changes in ferry related charges as informed by Bintan Resort Ferries.
·        Golf packages offered for weekdays and weekends are defined as per day of hotel stay.
·        Bookings are subject to availability and the sequence of golf play cannot be changed upon confirmation of booking.
·        Course Closure
- Full Day course closure schedules:
- Monday: Ian Baker-Finch Woodlands Course
- Tuesday: Jack Nicklaus Sea View Course
Note!
Course Closures will not take place on a Singapore Public Holiday which falls on a Monday or Tuesday. 
Courses may also be opened up for group bookings provided there is no major maintenance programs scheduled on the date requested.   
·        Clubhouse reserves the right on course assignment and pairing of golfers. 
·        Handicaps
-   All golfers must hold a valid golf handicap or proficiency card.  If neither of these are available, then the golfer must indicate their average score for an 18-hole round of golf upon booking.  This will allow BLR to place players on the golf course based on their skill level.  This will help to ensure that a reasonable Pace of Play will be maintained on the course.  This will be more closely monitored on weekends and busy public holiday periods.  Players must adhere to Course Marshall instructions at all times.
·        NO RAINCHECKS OR REFUNDS will be issued upon commencement of play.
·        BLR reserves the right to close the course due to inclement weather, including lightning storms or any other reason BLR Management deems necessary.
·        Golf Attire Policy
- All golfers must wear proper attire and golf shoes on the golf course as well as on the driving range.  Tee shirts must be with collars. Beach wear, running shorts, blue jeans and sandals are not permitted.
·        Sharing of golf clubs is strictly prohibited.
·        BLR will not responsible for any loss of property accident or injury to golfers, golfers’ equipment and spectators whatsoever on the golf course, within the BLR premises, or while in transit to/from the BLR premises.
·        Spectators are permitted on the golf course subject to conditions posted at the Club registration counter.
·        Ferry Bookings
- It is the golfer’s responsibility to ensure that their passport has a minimum six (6) months validity from date of travel as per Indonesia Immigration requirements.
·        It is the golfer’s responsibility to apply for the Visa-On-Arrival or entry visa into Indonesia (if applicable).
·        Complete passport details as below must be provided upon reservation.

·        Boarding passes cannot be generated with incomplete information.
·        Golf Package registration and express immigration envelope to be collected at Bintan Lagoon Resort Counter at Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore-counter#17A at 1,5 hour prior to ferry departure time.
·        Bintan Resort Ferries and Bintan Lagoon Resort Clubhouse terms and conditions apply.  
CANCELLATION POLICY
Independent Traveler
-        Ferry amendment(s) received with less than 72hrs from day of departure will be subjected to an amendment fee of S$5 nett per amendment
-        Cancellations with less than 72hrs notice or no-show is subject to a 100% cancellation fee of the golf or package cost.  
Groups
-        Upon confirmation: a cancellation fee will be imposed at 50% of the total estimated charges for the event including rooms, banquet and golf.
-        14 days prior to event: 100% of the total estimated charges of the event including rooms, banquet and golf
-        If any third party services are booked by the Resort at the request of the Client or Agent, including such services as transport, entertainment, equipment, decorations, sporting, recreation and accommodation at other establishments, and are subsequently cancelled, the Client must pay the full charge incurred by the Resort for these services.
